The app collects facial images (a photograph of the user’s face captured at enrollment) and facial templates (mathematical representations generated on-device by our face recognition SDK). Templates and images are stored on the user’s device and transmitted securely to our servers, where they are linked to the user’s employee account and the image used as their profile pictures. Facial data is not shared with third parties, not used for advertising or analytics, and is deleted when the user’s account is removed.

Face data is used exclusively for attendance management and identity verification. The collected face data is used to:
• Enroll authorized users into the attendance system.
• Generate a biometric facial template for secure identity verification.
• Authenticate users during attendance check-in and check-out.

• Confirm that the person marking attendance is the enrolled individual.
